Virtual AGM

We are excited to open our first ever ‘Virtual AGM.’ We have 5 open positions on the Under 35s Reinsurance Group Committee and have 8 strong candidates who are looking for your vote, to be elected onto the committee.

The 2020 Candidates are:

• George Hobden, Guy Carpenter

• Melanie Mendonca, Willis Towers Watson

• William Abbott, Guy Carpenter

• Jamie Warwick, ILS Capital

• Sam Sharland, Trans Re

• Bilal Zafar, Volante Global

• Ciriaco Vincente-Mazariegos, MAPFRE

Each candidate has recorded a short two minute video to introduce themselves, explain how they have engaged with their network and what value they will bring to the committee.

Voting is open for 24 hours only and will close at 12:00pm on Thursday 11th June!.

You must rank each candidate 1 – 8 (1 being your first choice for election) and the top 5 candidates will be selected for the committee. We will also require you to approve the appointment of our new Officer positions for existing committee members and a slight amendment to our constitution.

Please note, you must be subscribed to our mailing list in order to vote at the Virtual AGM. We will be validating votes, so please ensure you give the same credentials as your Under 35s membership. If you haven’t done so, you can head over to our website to subscribe now.

The results will be announced on Friday 12th June
