Important Notes:

- Please use all four of your votes and you may only vote for each candidate once. Please do not use multiple boxes for the same candidate. Any repetition within your votes will result in your votes not being counted.

- Due to the rules stipulated within our constitution, we can only have two committee members from a single company. As there is an existing committee member from Aon, IF BOTH AON CANDIDATES RECEIVE SUFFICIENT VOTES TO BE IN THE TOP FOUR, by voting at this AGM you agree that:

i) the Aon Candidate with fewer votes will not be appointed to the committee and your vote (if any) for that candidate will be disregarded; and

ii) the candidate in 5th position will be appointed to the committee in their place.
